Why do I have to enter my password when I try to take a quiz in my CA Insurance course?

The California Department of Insurance requires ExamFX to periodically verify your identity as you take the course. As a condition of opening a chapter quiz, you must enter the password that you use to log into the course. This does not apply to Exam Simulator courses.
