Users who have purchased ExamFX courses have the option to upgrade to a higher package level. Upgrades from a lesser package to a higher-cost package are available at the cost difference between the two packages.   

• Upgrades are only available within the same course type. For example, a user can upgrade from a Self-Study Package to the Video Study Package. 
• Expiration date of the course will not be impacted by purchasing an upgrade. 
• To purchase an upgrade and inquire about pricing, contact ExamFX Customer Support here.

If upgrading to the Live Online Study Package:

• If you upgrade from the Self Study or Video Study Package to the Live Online Study Package, you will lose all progress in the current course.
• Upgrading to the Live Online Study Package requires setting up a new course and deactivating the old course.
