If you are not able to download your Certificate of Completion, please see information below. 

To be eligible for a Certificate of Completion, users need to meet all requirements. If you are in a state that requires a certificate, please review the Certificate Requirements tab inside your course for detailed information on how to earn your Certificate of Completion. Review Insurance State Requirements here.

Please note some states require ExamFX to manually review and approve the Certificate of Completion. In those states the certificate will be available within 2 business days after meeting all the requirements 

States subject to the 2-business day waiting period are CO, MN, MS, NC, WI, IL. If you require your certificate sooner, please see your expedite options on this FAQ page.

For all other states, the certificate will be available immediately after meeting requirements.
