The California Department of Insurance will be requiring all candidates studying for an insurance producer license to complete one hour of Anti-Fraud Awareness Training as part of their 12-hour Code & Ethics prelicensing education, effective March 1, 2023.
Effective February 1, 2023, the State of Nevada Insurance and Pearson VUE will be changing the cut score on all Nevada examinations from 80 to 70, as required by Nevada Administrative Code 683A.270, for all examinations.
The Oklahoma Department of Insurance has selected a new testing provider for their state insurance exams. Beginning February 16, 2023, PSI will be the testing provider for Oklahoma insurance exams. Registration for the state exam with PSI will begin on February 1, 2023.
